The founder
Built on experience, not shortcuts.
Anthony Heasly started in the trades young — learning hands-on from his old man. That early exposure to quality workmanship and proper trade standards is how the business runs today.
15 years roofing across Melbourne. Multi-trade qualified — roofing, plumbing, electrical. Plumbing Licence 108555. ABN 39 642 305 646. Heasly and Son Plumbing and Roofing became its own outfit in 2020.
James and Darcy have worked alongside Anthony for years. Both did their apprenticeships with him — came up through the trade the right way, on the tools, on the roof. They're now part-owners of the business as it grows. Same name on the door, same standard of work — just three blokes invested in every job instead of one.
Small crew on purpose. Every job is done by people who've earned the right to be on the roof. No subbing the actual work to a different crew you've never met.
